Objectives
For this specific and sensitive service, the Swiss Confederation was looking for a provider to develop an internal interface.
The aim was to allow the staff to monitor, in real time, the status of different operational platforms of the Swiss Confederation.
Process
Through meetings with the various stakeholders of this project and an audit of the existing system, we opted for the development of a graphic application for internal monitoring.
Thus, the follow-up, the update and the interpretation of the data are facilitated. This platform supports the surveillance of the activities of the telecommunication monitoring service. Thanks to a simple and intuitive interface, employees can access easily, and in real time, the available data and archives.
